Cash on delivery
Cash on delivery service is available only in Greece. The cost of cash on delivery is €2.10 + vat, and you pay at the time of delivery. The products that will be delivered through ELTA Courier.
Bank deposit
Make your payment directly to our bank account. Please use your order ID as proof of payment. Your order will not be shipped until the amount is cleared in our account.
The bank details will be displayed upon completion of the order.
Card
By selecting the card as a payment method, the customer is automatically transferred to the secure payment page of the Alpha e-Commerce service, where after being informed about the transaction details and the charge, he enters his card details.
After the processing of the payment by the Bank, the customer automatically returns to the website, where he is informed about the completion of the transaction. At the same time, when the transaction is approved, a relevant informative email is sent by the Bank to the Company.
All payments made using the card are processed through the electronic payment platform of “Alpha e-Commerce” of Alpha
Bank and uses TLS 1.2 encryption protocol encryption with 128-bit (Secure Sockets Layer – SSL). Encryption is a way of coding the
information until it reaches its recipient, who will be able to decode it using the appropriate key.
* Important notes:
- All transactions are made in Euro €.
- bijoushop.gr reserves the right to delay any order for security reasons, or even to cancel it.
- COD is not available for countries outside Greece.
- In case you wish to change the method of payment of your order, the order department should be notified immediately and your order may be delayed due to the procedure followed for the change of payment method.
- In the case of payment option by bank deposit, the products are blocked for only 5 days from the registration of the order. After 5 days a product may be exhausted.
