Product availability is listed on the page of each product. The availability is as follows:
- Immediate delivery / Delivery 1 to 3 days.
- Delivery in 4-10 days.

You can only order what is in stock and not more than 10 pieces of the same product.

By sending the parcel, we forward the voucher code to you. Using the code you can find the location of the package on the official page of ELTA Courier.
The product I received is defective, what should I do?
If you are not satisfied with your product and wish to return it, you must contact tkt-pro.gr in writing, within 14 days from the date of delivery.
* Telephone cancellations are not accepted.
* In case you cancel your order, you will have to return the received products and we will credit the amount of the order. You must return the product, its packaging and whatever else comes with the product, it must be intact and returned with it.
